Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly, however there may be circumstances beyond our control which may delay your delivery.
Most UK Mainland orders are received within 3-5 working days, however we advise to please allow at least 7 working days from the day your order was dispatched to avoid any disappointments.
Depending on the type of service which has been selected during the checkout process, will depend on the time scale of the delivery. Please also ensure that you enter the correct delivery address, since we can not change the delivery of the order once the order has been despatched.
Any order which is dispatched using our approved courier service is a service provided Monday to Friday and will require proof of signature once products are received. The standard courier practises will then apply:
   If you are not in, you may need to contact the courier to collect your order at your local depot or have the product/s re-delivered either the next day or at a time that is more convenient for you.
Please familiarize yourself with the courier’s code of practise if required to collect at their depot. All the information can be found on their relevant website/s.

If you have not received your order within the time scales above, please ensure you contact us within 28 days of your purchase date, so we can resolve your query.
Failure to contact us within the above timescale will forfeit any further compensation from Cake Accessories or any of our selected delivery partners and/or couriers.

Before contacting us, please could you Confirm:
   Your order hasn’t been left with a neighbour, friend/family, or someone else close by.
   You have checked in places like storage place, garage, meter cupboard, around the back
    You have checked for any misplaced “Caller Cards” from Royal Mail or any of the couriers.

When placing an order outside of UK, please allow the following timescales:
Any country in the EU: Minimum of 7 to 14 days
Any country outside of the EU: Minimum of 30 to 35 days.
Delivery is calculated on the weight of your order and will be calculated upon checkout of your order.

Our customers are very important to us, which means we at Cake Accessories respect and value your privacy.
We are vigilant in ensuring that we use the latest security features to protect you against online fraud of any kind, including credit or debit card fraud.

As we respect your privacy as a result will only collect information that we require in order to fulfil your purchase in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
It is our policy that customer details will not be sold or given to any third party organisation except where it is absolutely necessary to fulfil any delivery of orders placed by our customers, which may include giving any contact telephone numbers and delivery address details to any of our approved couriers or suppliers solely for purposes of delivery of your order.
We will keep information provided by all our customers such as transaction information and contact information, which may be viewed by logging into “My Account” by clicking on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
The information customers provide us will be the details we use to contact them, if required in regards to any purchases, orders or requests placed with us.
Once you have registered as a new customer you may login to your account and change account details such as name, address and contact details at any time.

Eg. When filling in name and address details at the check out process, you may not need to enter all your details once again as most of your details will be the same when placing orders on our websites. You may find as you start typing your name, a suggested completion phrase pops up which will make the process of shopping a lot quicker and easier to complete.

Any customer using this website is to please ensure any minors or children who wish to use this website, do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase order/s, you may  return them to us within 14 days of receiving your original order and we will give you a full refund for the original purchase price. Please be advised all goods/items are to be  returned to us in "as new" re-saleable condition with all relevant labels and packaging intact.
In order to return any products, please click on the Returns Link at the bottom of our webpage under Customer Service.
Please enter all the relevant information ensuring you enter:
1)    The order ID number
2)    Contact details.
3)    At least one of the items from your order.
4)    The correct coloured code before clicking “Continue”
The following screen will then be displayed: Thank you for submitting your return request. Your request has been sent to the relevant department for processing.
You will be notified via e-mail as to the status of your request.

Select the category button on the left side of the page. Select the sub category and then the product/s you wish to purchase.
When you want to add a product to your shopping cart, enter the quantity amount, and click "Add to Cart".

If you want to purchase the product later you can click on “Add to Wish List”, which will then add them to the tab “Wish List” at the top of the page with the total number of products displayed in brackets.

If you want to view your Wish List, click on the “Wish List” tab at the top of the page and log into your account.
If you do not already have an account, please register as a New Customer.
Once you register as a Customer, you will receive an email acknowledging registration and will then be able to log into your account and view your wish list.

When you have finished your purchase selection, click on "Shopping Cart" tab at the top of the page or the Checkout button on the left of the page.
You will then be taken to the checkout page, which will ask you for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
When you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, which will indicate we have received your order.
Please note, ALL prices are subject to confirmation. We will notify you by email if the confirmed price of a product/s differs from the price listed on the website or on your sales order.
Once we accept the order, we will send you an invoice, which will indicate a contract exists between us and not before that point of transaction. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We accept all major credit card payments made by Mastercard, Visa. Debit Card & Electron and Solo as well as Paypal.
All payments will be in GB Pounds.

If you are shopping outside of Britain, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

Viewing Orders
If you do not already have an account, please register as a New Customer.
Once you register as a Customer, you will receive an email acknowledging registration and will then be able to log into your account. This will allow you to view your account which will include all your orders you have placed including order status.

Updating Account Information
If any of your account information changes, please ensure your details are correct. Any change can be made once you log into your account.
