Chocolate Transfer Sheets
Chocolate Transfer Sheets are a wonderfully quick and easy way to decorate chocolates,cakes & desserts. Rubbing and transferring detailed designs to your Chocolates, Desserts and Chocolate Cakes. Available in a broad range of styles and designs. It is possible to create your own individual designs by cutting your own shapes or shards using a sharp knife or shaped cutters. The chocolate design elements can be inserted into desserts such as mousse, pannecota and ice cream for a final stylish flourish. Mix & match combining with elements from other transfer sheets. Applying these fabulous designs is so straight forward. Using acetate strips makes a brilliant decorated wrap around for cakes, insert shards as cupcake toppers. For general application to chocolate smear an even layer of melted, contrasting coloured chocolate eg. milk chocolate for white designs or white chocolate for dark designs, spreading the chocolate on to the patterned printed side of the transfer sheet using a palette or smooth edged knife. Leave to set in a cool dry area. Cut into desired shapes when chocolate is set, then peel off the transfer sheet when ready to use elements. One A4 Sheet can be cut in half length ways to wrap around desserts and cakes.
